    • The AMRF team are looking forward to seeing all the teams and participants on Sunday, 27 March 2022 at Henley Square. We will be set up by 8am until 11am and the weather forecast is looking ideal at 30 degrees (check the forecast again on the day, so you are prepared). Please remember to bring your hat, long sleeves, etc. to be sun safe!

We have a COVID plan in place to keep everyone safe. Please arrive and head to the AMRF marquee and check-in with our QR code or fill out your details on our tracing sheets. We have water dispensers so you can fill up your water bottle and a sunscreen dispenser to be sun safe! Then it's off through the arch on your walk at your own pace, along the coastal path to Grange Jetty. Our wonderful volunteers will greet you at the halfway mark, then it's time to head back to Henley Square to complete your walk.

Thanks to Core Physio who will be on the Square and offering free sports massages, so please remember to social distance while you wait.

Melanoma Patients Australia will also be in attendance with resources and information on services provided throughout Australia.

Thank you for taking steps with us to beat melanoma!

    • Melanoma March Adelaide will commence from the beachside of Henley Square and walk north along the pedestrian walkway to Grange Jetty. Melanoma Marchers are welcome to return their journey on the sand or on the walkway to complete their 4km journey.

    • Henley Beach is located approximately 20 minutes west of Adelaide’s city centre. There is ample parking in the area, but please be mindful that some parking bays are metered. Alternatively, please check with Adelaide Metro for up to date bus services to the area.

    • Melanoma March Adelaide will be in line with current COVID restrictions. This continues to be a highly dynamic situation and we will continue to adapt and adjust as appropriate. Further details about what to expect and measures that will be in place will be added here closer to the event.

Even though there may be some slight changes, Melanoma March Adelaide is still the same important cause and a chance for us to come together safely.

    • Australian Melanoma Research Foundation (AMRF) is delighted to once again partner with Melanoma Institute Australia for Melanoma March Adelaide 2022. AMRF is a not-for-profit charity organisation established by a group of dedicated volunteers to provide funding for research, awareness, and early detection programs. Our mission is to significantly contribute to the prevention, early detection, and treatment of melanoma in Australia and to improve patient outcomes.
